Shopify

The Shopify integration is Delegated's most powerful connection. Once linked, the AI agent has full context about your store.

What Gets Imported

Products — Full catalog with titles, descriptions, images, prices, and variants
Collections — Product groupings and categories
Orders — Recent order data for monitoring and reporting
Customers — Customer count and segment data (no PII stored)

Setup

Go to Shops in the dashboard sidebar
Click Add Store and enter your Shopify store URL (e.g., mystore.myshopify.com)
Authorize the Delegated app in Shopify's OAuth flow
Wait for the initial import (usually 1–3 minutes depending on catalog size)

Tip: After connecting, the agent automatically syncs new products and orders. No manual re-imports needed.

Email (IMAP)

Connect your business email so the agent can monitor your inbox and help manage correspondence.

Setup

Go to Settings → Integrations → Email
Enter your IMAP server details (host, port, username, password)
The agent will begin monitoring for new emails

Capabilities

Inbox monitoring — Detects new emails and categorizes by urgency
Summaries — Ask the agent "summarize my emails" for a quick overview
Urgent alerts — Important emails trigger notifications
Draft replies — Ask the agent to draft a response (you review before sending)

Security: Delegated uses read-only IMAP access. The agent can read and summarize emails but cannot send emails on your behalf without explicit approval.

Instagram

Connect your Instagram Business account to enable:

Auto-generated captions and hashtags for your posts
Content calendar suggestions based on your posting history
Performance tracking for recent posts

TikTok

Link your TikTok account for:

Video script and hook generation
Trend monitoring and content ideas
Ad creative concepts based on trending formats

Analytics & Reporting

The dashboard includes built-in analytics powered by your connected integrations:

Task metrics — Completion rates, average duration, tasks per day
Agent activity — Uptime, tasks processed, proactive actions taken
Store performance — Orders, revenue trends, top products (from Shopify)
Email insights — Volume, response times, flagged messages

API Access

All integrations are also accessible via the Delegated API. You can:

Query store data
