Quickstart

Log in to your Dashboard

Head to dashboard.delegated.nl and log in with your credentials. You'll land on the main dashboard with your kanban board, chat, and navigation sidebar.

The dashboard is your command center — everything happens here. Bookmark it.

Add your First Store

Navigate to Shops in the sidebar and click Add Store. Enter your Shopify store URL and authorize the connection.

Delegated will import your products, collections, and basic order data. This gives the AI agent context about your business — what you sell, your pricing, and your catalog.

Create your First Task

Go to the Kanban Board and click the + button to create a new task. Give it a title and description:

Title: Write 3 product descriptions
Description: Write compelling product descriptions for our 
top 3 bestsellers. Use a friendly, conversational tone.
Priority: High

The task appears in your TODO column, ready for the AI agent to pick up.

Watch the AI Agent Work

Within seconds, the AI agent detects the new task and moves it to DOING. You can watch its progress in real time:

• The task card shows a live status indicator
• Progress updates appear in the task's activity feed
• When finished, the task moves to DONE with results attached

The agent uses your store data, brand documents, and task description to produce high-quality output.

Chat with your AI Assistant

Open the Chat panel and say hello. You can interact with your AI agent conversationally:

• "What are you working on?"
• "Create a task to design a new banner"
• "Summarize my top-selling products"
• "Check if I have any new emails"

The chat is a natural extension of the kanban board — you can create tasks, ask questions, and manage your operations through conversation.
