🔒 Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is stored on secure European servers with encryption at rest and in transit. We use HTTPS everywhere, and your API keys are hashed before storage. Shopify connections use OAuth with minimal required permissions. Email integration is read-only by default — the agent cannot send emails without your explicit approval.
We never share your data with third parties or use it to train AI models. Your business data stays yours.
🤖 What AI model is used?
Delegated uses state-of-the-art large language models from leading providers (including Anthropic's Claude and OpenAI's GPT). The specific model is selected based on the task type — complex reasoning tasks use more capable models, while simple tasks use faster, cost-efficient ones.
The model selection is handled automatically. You don't need to configure anything.
🔑 Can I use my own API keys?
Currently, Delegated includes AI model access as part of your subscription — no need to bring your own keys. We're exploring a "bring your own key" option for power users who want to use their own Anthropic or OpenAI accounts. Contact us if this is important to you.
📋 How many tasks can the AI handle?
There's no hard limit on the number of tasks. The agent processes tasks sequentially — one at a time, in priority order. Simple tasks (writing a caption, answering a question) take seconds. Complex tasks (generating ad creatives, writing long-form content) can take a few minutes.
On average, the agent completes 50–100+ tasks per day depending on complexity. You can always add more tasks to the queue — the agent works through them continuously.
🛍️ What Shopify features are supported?
The Shopify integration currently supports:
- Product import — Full catalog with variants, images, and pricing
- Collection sync — Your product collections and categories
- Order monitoring — Real-time new order detection and alerts
- Inventory awareness — Stock level tracking and low-stock alerts
We're actively adding more Shopify features including automated product listing updates and inventory management.
👥 Can I have multiple team members?
Team features are on the roadmap. Currently, each Delegated account has one owner with full access. Multiple team members with role-based permissions (admin, editor, viewer) will be available soon.
In the meantime, you can share the dashboard URL with team members for viewing, and use the API for programmatic access.
⚠️ What happens if the AI makes a mistake?
The agent is designed to be helpful, but it can make mistakes — especially with creative or subjective tasks. Here's how Delegated handles this:
- Review before publish — The agent creates output but doesn't publish or send anything without your approval (unless you explicitly enable auto-publish)
- Easy corrections — Chat with the agent to request changes:
"Rewrite that in a more casual tone" - Task retry — Move a task back to TODO with updated instructions and the agent will redo it
- Guardrails — Critical actions (sending emails, making purchases) always require human confirmation
💳 How do I cancel?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind.
